Magnetic Levitation Bearing
Low consumption:
The magnetic levitation bearing is composed of one set of radial and axial magnetic bearings at both ends and position sensors in the middle, with a power consumption as low as 0.3 kW.
No friction:
The rotating shaft operates in suspension, with no direct contact with the bearings, eliminating mechanical friction losses.
Zero Degradation:
Oil-free design during unit operation eliminates the impact of lubricating oil on energy efficiency and ensures the long-term operation performance without degradation.

Precise Bearing Control System
Dynamic Monitoring Frequency > 10000 Times / S:
The Bearing Controller MBC actively controls the rotor position with a frequency of over 10000 Times / S. Micron-level high-precision position sensors monitor the rotor position to ensure precise suspension and rotation.
Shaft Imbalance Monitoring:
Vibration compensation function actively monitors the imbalance of the rotor. High damping characteristics can withstand instantaneous high load changes.

Power Off Protection System
Power Off Protection Process:
Equipped with self-generating motor,high-strength backup bearings and dual emergency power protection system, the motor of Hi-Magi AP Series can achieve auto-switching to generator mode and ensure continuous power supply of magnetic bearings to keep the rotor staying in a normal leviation state.
High-Strength Backup Bearing:
Hi-Magi AP Series units are equipped with one set of high-strength backup bearings at both the front and rear of the motor, which can absorb the impact of the motor shaft during a sudden power outage, protecting the magnetic levitation bearing, sensors, and other components from damage.
