Containerized Chiller Plant is a prefabricated, plug-and-play cooling source solution purpose-built for data centers, edge computing nodes, and mission-critical IT facilities. It integrates chillers, pumps, cooling towers, piping systems, and intelligent controls into a standard shipping container - delivering a complete, factory-assembled chiller plant that requires only on-site connection to power and water piping for immediate operation.
Unlike traditional chiller plants that demand dedicated equipment rooms and extensive on-site construction, the containerized design eliminates the need for a dedicated machine room. The unit can be deployed outdoors, on rooftops, or in any available open space, freeing up valuable building interior space for IT equipment - particularly critical for data centers where every square meter of white space directly impacts revenue-generating capacity.
The system supports air-cooled, water-cooled, or dual-cool source configurations, with compressor types selectable from screw, centrifugal, or magnetic bearing centrifugal based on project scale and efficiency requirements. Single-container cooling capacity typically ranges from 100RT to 2,200RT depending on configuration, with multi-container designs enabling N+1 redundancy and capacities up to 4,000RT and above.

Fully Factory Prefabricated & Pre-Commissioned
All equipment - chillers, pumps, cooling towers, piping, valves, and controls - is assembled, piped, wired, and system-tested at the factory. The complete chiller plant undergoes full system validation prior to shipment. On-site work is reduced to lifting the container into position and connecting power, water supply, and return piping - dramatically shortening installation timelines from months to days.
Containerized Enclosure - No Dedicated Plant Room Required
The unit is housed in a high-strength, corrosion-resistant container structure with waterproof and anti-corrosion coatings, rainproof louvers, sealed access doors, weatherproof electrical enclosures, and insect/dust filtration. Internal insulation and forced ventilation maintain stable internal conditions across ambient temperatures from -30℃ to +50℃, ensuring reliable operation in diverse climates.
