The Server Room Cooling System is a precision environmental control solution designed for small to medium-sized server rooms, network rooms, and critical equipment spaces, providing year-round, uninterrupted temperature and humidity control for servers, network equipment, UPS systems, batteries, and other critical devices.
The system delivers temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ and humidity control accuracy of ±5%, with over 95% of energy consumption dedicated to sensible cooling (directly reducing air temperature). Engineered for 24/7/365 continuous operation, it ensures a reliable environmental guarantee for critical IT equipment.
The system supports two technology paths - Air-Cooled Direct Expansion (CRAC) and Chilled Water (CRAH) - allowing flexible selection based on project cooling source conditions. Multiple airflow configurations including upflow and downflow are available to accommodate various room layouts.

Energy Efficient
Designed with high airflow, low enthalpy change, and high sensible heat ratio to precisely match the sensible heat load characteristics of server rooms, avoiding energy waste from excessive dehumidification. Equipped with high-efficiency variable-speed compressors and electronic expansion valves (EEV) for fast response and precise flow regulation. Optional EC fans deliver over 30% energy savings compared to conventional fans, with outstanding part-load efficiency. The evaporator features high-efficiency internally grooved copper tubes and hydrophilic aluminum louvered fins for superior heat exchange performance.

Built with rigorously tested, high-quality components, engineered for 24/7 continuous operation with long service life and low maintenance requirements. Intelligent power monitoring is provided as standard, delivering real-time alerts for phase loss, phase reversal, overvoltage, undervoltage, and other power anomalies. Quick-connect threaded fittings eliminate on-site welding.
Smart Control
Equipped with multiple sizes of true-color touchscreen displays, multi-level password access control, and self-diagnostic system functions. Comprehensive monitoring and display of key parameters including power supply voltage, frequency, cooling capacity, airflow, and temperature/humidity trends. Supports group control of up to 64 units with advanced features including scheduled rotation, fault-based rotation, cascading, demand synchronization, and anti-competition operation. Supports auto-restart after power failure, scheduled on/off, and local storage of up to 1,000 historical records. Compatible with Building Management Systems (BMS), with communication protocols flexibly configurable based on project requirements.
Flexible Deployment
Supports multiple airflow configurations - upflow and downflow - to accommodate various room layouts. Optional AC/EC fan configurations and dual power input (ATS) for enhanced reliability. The compact cabinet design minimizes footprint for easy installation in existing server rooms.
