Plate Heat Exchanger
Working Principle
The plate heat exchanger consists of many corrugated heat transfer plates pressed together with rubber gaskets at intervals. The plates are corrugated to increase surface area and rigidity, and to create turbulent flow at low velocities for enhanced heat transfer. Two heat exchange media flow through separate channels in counter-current flow through each plate for efficient heat exchange. The design allows easy disassembly without removing piping.

Shell & Tube Heat Exchanger
Working Principle
The shell & tube heat exchanger consists of a shell, tube bundle, and tube sheets. One fluid flows through the tubes (tube side) while the other flows around them (shell side). Heat is transferred through the tube walls between the two fluids. Suitable for high-temperature and high-pressure applications, including steam-water heat exchange.

The shell & tube heat exchanger unit integrates a shell & tube heat exchanger, circulating pumps, make-up pumps, instrumentation, electrical controls, and valves/piping into a single assembly. Particularly suitable for steam-water heat exchange under high-temperature and high-pressure steam conditions.
