Modular Configuration Flexibility
The modular design allows for the combination of multiple functional sections - including mixing, filtration, cooling, heating, humidification, fan, and silencing - to create a fully customized air handling system. This flexibility ensures that each unit is precisely tailored to the specific requirements of the project, avoiding unnecessary features while including all essential functions.
High-Strength Aluminum Alloy Frame Construction
Built with specially designed, high-strength aluminum alloy profiles and function section parts. The structural design ensures mechanical strength with deformation limited to ≤4mm under design working conditions, providing a stable, reliable platform for all internal components. This robust construction ensures long-term performance integrity even in demanding applications.
Double-Layer Sealing with Excellent Air Tightness
Features a patented double-layer sealing structure that delivers superior air tightness with an air leakage rate of ≤1%. The labyrinth seal design, combined with aluminum profiles featuring concave and convex grooves, effectively minimizes air leakage. This superior sealing also reduces unit noise and enhances thermal insulation - the low thermal conduction coefficient of the material, combined with the insulating effect of air trapped within the frame, provides excellent adiabatic performance.
Diverse Control Cabinet Options
Provides three control cabinet options to suit different application requirements:
- Standard Starting Cabinet: Fixed-speed or variable frequency fan control, with basic functions including in-place/remote status feedback, fault alarms, fire alarms, and indicator lamps.
- Microcontroller Control Cabinet: Extends standard cabinet functions with additional features such as filter dirty alarms, wind loss alarms, and manual control for service lamps and UV germicidal lamps.
- PLC Control Cabinet: Meets non-standard control requirements with high-precision temperature/humidity sensors, constant air pressure control via pressure sensors, constant air volume via wind speed sensors, and indoor air quality monitoring via CO₂ sensors.
Enhanced Panel Strength & Corrosion Prevention
The patented aluminum alloy frame incorporates a built-in vertical support steel structure, reinforcing the unit from the inside out. All metals inside the labyrinth body are isolated from the outside through polyurethane foam and specially designed seals, eliminating cold bridge problems. All panels are inlaid with aluminum profile frames on all edges, ensuring that sheet metal corners and edges are completely isolated from air and moisture, effectively preventing rust formation.
Integrated Seamless Water Tray
Features a factory-installed, integrated seamless water tray manufactured using advanced German spraying equipment, with full-size insulation applied on the bottom of the unit, ensuring no water leakage during operation.
