The Water-Cooled CRAC Unit is a precision environmental control equipment specifically designed for data centers, server rooms, and mission-critical environments. CRAC (Computer Room Air Conditioner) is a specialized air conditioning unit for electronic equipment rooms, designed to maintain temperature, humidity, air cleanliness, and air circulation to support year-round cooling requirements. Unlike conventional comfort air conditioners, CRAC units are primarily designed to reduce room temperature (featuring high sensible heat ratio), typically achieving a sensible heat ratio of over 90%.
The Water-Cooled CRAC Unit employs a water-cooled direct expansion (DX) refrigeration cycle. Heat absorbed from the room is transferred to the water flowing through the unit's brazed stainless steel heat exchanger-condenser. Cooling water can be supplied from a main water supply (connected to a cooling tower or well, forming an open loop) or from an external dry cooler in a closed loop configuration. In closed-loop systems, a water-glycol mixture is typically used to prevent freezing.
This configuration eliminates the need for on-site refrigerant piping installation, significantly simplifying the installation process. The system delivers temperature control accuracy of ±1℃ and humidity control accuracy of ±3% to ±5%.

Comprehensive monitoring and display of key parameters including power supply voltage, frequency, cooling capacity, airflow, and temperature/humidity trends. Supports group control of multiple units with advanced features including scheduled rotation, fault-based rotation, cascading, and demand synchronization. Compatible with Building Management Systems (BMS), with communication protocols flexibly configurable based on project requirements.
Flexible Deployment
Supports multiple airflow configurations including upflow and downflow to accommodate various room layouts such as raised-floor underfloor supply and ceiling return air. Suitable for both new installations and retrofits where water infrastructure is available.
