Located in Yuji Town, Lingbi County, Anhui Province, the project covers 40 mu with a total floor area of 11,600m², integrating spawn production, fruiting rooms for pleurotus geesteranus and volvariella volvacea, fermentation, and packaging. Equipped with 3 units of dual-working-condition water-cooled screw chillers (300RT) , delivering a total cooling capacity of 3,165kW to meet the temperature control requirements across different production stages. Since commissioning, the system has provided stable support for year-round, industrial-scale edible fungi production and effectively promoted local specialty agriculture
