Project Overview
Located in Changsha, Hunan Province, this project provides cooling for a large automotive manufacturing plant's production workshops, operating throughout the summer. With high demand and an extremely tight delivery schedule, 21 water-cooled screw chillers were required to be delivered within 35 days.

① No Dedicated Chiller Plant Room: The workshops were not designed with a dedicated chiller plant room, requiring equipment to be placed adjacent to the workshops with extremely compact footprints for each unit;
② Extremely Short Delivery Lead Time: 21 units needed to be manufactured and delivered within 35 days, placing stringent demands on supply chain and production capacity;
③ Limited On-Site Installation Conditions: Construction space around the workshops is constrained, requiring rapid lifting and piping connection, with equipment needing to be operational immediately upon arrival.
The project deploys 21 water-cooled screw chillers as the core cooling source, integrated with variable-frequency pumps, variable-frequency cooling towers, and an intelligent control system. All equipment underwent integrated assembly and system commissioning at the factory, with full system validation completed prior to shipment - ensuring immediate startup upon on-site installation without the need for field commissioning, minimizing on-site work time.
