Located in Hangzhou, this project is a newly built production building for a thermal power enterprise, with a total floor area of 7,568m² and a building height of 32m. The facility accommodates office areas, a central control room, equipment rooms, and auxiliary spaces - each with distinct air conditioning requirements. The office areas demand comfort and low noise, the central control room requires 24/7 stable operation, and the equipment rooms demand high heat tolerance from the system.
The project adopts a Direct Expansion (DX) + VRF system combination to flexibly address the diverse requirements of different functional zones. The DX system offers a simple configuration and rapid response, making it suitable for independent or large spaces, while the VRF system enables zoned independent control, allowing each area to adjust temperatures based on actual usage - effectively reducing energy waste and improving overall system efficiency. Since commissioning, the system has met all design specifications, providing a reliable environmental guarantee for both office operations and equipment performance in the production building.
