Project Overview
Located in Zhejiang Province, this project has a total floor area of 20,576.19㎡ and a building height of 78.8m, serving as a power emergency repair center with supporting office spaces. The facility integrates power dispatch and command, emergency duty rooms, offices and meeting rooms, and logistics support. As a critical infrastructure facility, the center demands high standards of system stability, occupant comfort, and operational energy efficiency.
Air Conditioning System Solution
The project adopts a VRF air conditioning system with all outdoor units centrally installed on the rooftop. Indoor units are flexibly configured according to the specific requirements of each zone, enabling independent control and on-demand operation across all spaces. The VRF system delivers excellent part-load efficiency, maintaining high performance even during overtime or low-load conditions. The dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) operates in coordination with the VRF system to ensure indoor air quality throughout the building.
As the equipment supplier, our company is responsible for the detailed design, supply and installation, and technical support of the VRF air conditioning units and fresh air handling equipment for this project.
