A Data Center – Phase II M&E Project

Total floor area: approx. 10,014㎡. Ultimate IT equipment capacity: 1,229 racks (total heat load: 6,217kW). Cooling source: 2 × 1,200RT + 2 × 600RT water-cooled centrifugal chillers (total: 3,600RT / approx. 12,660kW) with N+1 redundancy. Chilled water supply/return temperature: 10/16℃. Terminal system: full air handling system (AHU) with underfloor supply & overhead return airflow distribution. The project was commissioned in 2020 and has been operating stably since then.

Our company was responsible for the integrated construction of the central air conditioning system.
