A Class-A Financial Data Center in Hangzhou
--Dual Cold Source (2N) Redundancy Architecture · Total Cooling Capacity: 5,240kW

This financial data center adopts a dual cold source (2N) redundancy architecture for its air conditioning system. In alignment with the building plan, two fully independent cooling source systems are deployed - an electric-driven water-cooled chiller system and an electric-driven air-cooled chiller system - ensuring that either system can independently carry the full load during maintenance of the other, meeting the high availability requirements of financial-grade facilities.
The chilled water system features a dual-supply and dual-return configuration. The water-cooled chiller system adopts a ring-loop main piping network to maximize online maintainability, while the air-cooled chiller system employs a branch-type piping structure for simplicity and reliability.

The dual cold source systems are physically isolated and fully redundant. The terminal air conditioning units are dual-coil chilled water type, connected to both water systems without mutual interference. This architecture enables online maintenance of a single system while ensuring uninterrupted operation - providing a solid foundation for the data center's year-round continuous reliability.
The system was commissioned in March 2025 and has been operating smoothly and stably since then.
